Happy Friday! It’s been awhile since I’ve blogged and even longer since I’ve done a Friday Four so this is long overdue but better late than never. It’s been such a crazy semester but I’m really enjoying all of my classes this year, as challenging as they are we’ve moved beyond the foundational knowledge and have stepping into synthesizing all of that information and applying it to real people which has been a huge mix of exciting and scary.
Now that I’ve settled back into my routine I’m trying to spend more time getting back into what I love, with a focus on reading and blogging since it’s been nearly a month since I’ve done either! One thing I have been doing a lot of this year is meditation and I will definitely be sharing some of that on the blog as well.
